We ship to Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and the UK. Unfortunately, due to the current EU packaging regulation, we are no longer able to ship to other EU countries.
We ship your order as quickly as possible. On weekdays, orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed in the morning can sometimes even be shipped the same day.
As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with further information, including tracking if available. Delivery times themselves vary depending on your location.
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If that's not the case, all products can be returned within 14 days.
You would need to cover the cost of the return. For an exchange shipped to Germany, Austria or the Netherlands, we will pay the postage to you again.

We currently do not offer any products that are excluded from exchange. Should this be the case in the future, we will explicitly highlight it in the product description.
Each of our product types has its own size chart, which you'll find directly on the respective product page. Since the fit can vary slightly depending on the cut (e.g., cap sleeve, longsleeve, hoodie), we recommend taking a quick look at the matching size chart before you buy – that way you'll get it right the first time and save yourself an exchange.
Our cap sleeve shirts and raglan longsleeves are made in Tiruppur, India, by our long-standing GOTS-certified partner Aadhava Apparels (GOTS 301860).
For small runs, we print our shirts locally in Munich. Large runs are made entirely in India.
Some products, such as our hoodies and kids' shirts, are sourced from the producers Stanley/Stella and Earth Positive. When choosing our manufacturing partners, we take their proven social standards and working-condition requirements into account.
