Where does the name FellHerz come from?
FellHerz is a combination of the surnames of our founders Beate Fellner and Sonja Herzeg. For us, it captures exactly what we stand for: sustainable fashion with heart, character, and a personal story behind it. You can learn more about our story on our About us page.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany, to Austria, and to the Netherlands is free.
For all other destinations, you'll always see the exact shipping price at checkout before completing your purchase.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship our products to Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, and the UK, as well as the Netherlands. Unfortunately, due to current packaging regulations, we are no longer able to ship to other EU countries.
How long does delivery take?
We ship your order as quickly as possible. On weekdays, orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed in the morning can sometimes even be shipped the same day.
As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with further information, including tracking if available. Delivery times themselves vary depending on your location.
What are your return conditions?
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If that's not the case, all products can be returned within 14 days.
You would need to cover the cost of the return shipment. For an exchange shipped to Germany or Austria, we'll cover the postage back to you.

Are purchases excluded from exchange?
Currently, we do not offer any products that are excluded from exchange; should this change, we will highlight it explicitly in the product description.
How do I find my correct size?
Each of our product types has its own size chart, which you'll find directly on the respective product page. Since the fit can vary slightly depending on the cut (e.g., cap sleeve, longsleeve, hoodie), we recommend taking a quick look at the matching size chart before you buy – that way you'll get it right the first time and save yourself an exchange.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our cap sleeve shirts and raglan longsleeves are made under fair conditions in Tiruppur, India, by our long-standing GOTS-certified partners.
Some products, such as our hoodies and kids' shirts, are sourced from the equally fair and sustainable producers Stanley/Stella and Earth Positiv.

For small print runs, we print our shirts locally here in Munich. Large print runs are produced entirely by our partners in India.
We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are of high quality and made under fair conditions.
Are all FellHerz products sustainable?
Yes, sustainability is a top priority for us
• The main material for many of our products is organic cotton – from certified organic farming
• Manufacturing conditions – produced under fair working conditions
• Low-pollutant dyeing – dyed and printed without harmful chemicals
• Vegan – completely free of animal materials
What's the difference between organic and conventional cotton?
Benefits of organic cotton:
• Skin-friendly: free from harmful substances and pesticides – especially important for direct skin contact
• Sustainability: grown under fair working conditions and without harmful chemicals. Natural seeds mean less water is used.
• Quality: softer, smoother fabric with greater durability
• Breathability: natural fibers regulate moisture better
Conventional cotton, on the other hand:
• often treated with pesticides
• chemical processing can cause skin irritation
• shorter fiber lifespan
• less environmentally friendly production, higher water consumption
