Returns

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If that's not the case, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason (informally, e.g. by email or using our withdrawal form). After you notify us of your withdrawal, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

You would need to cover the cost of the return. For an exchange shipped to Germany, Austria or the Netherlands, we will pay the postage to you again.
