How does the digital voucher work?

The digital voucher is first ordered like a normal product in the web shop. After the purchase you will receive an e-mail with the voucher details immediately after receipt of payment.

The e-mail with the digital voucher then contains an individual link to a website with your individual voucher code. This page looks the same as the screenshot in the product description.

If you want, you can then simply forward this link to the recipient via email, WhatsApp, etc. Alternatively, the page with the voucher code can also be printed out or the voucher code can simply be copied and sent.

How long does it take for the vouchers to be delivered?

The gift vouchers in paper form are sent to you by post like a normal product. As a rule, the processing of the order takes one working day and the shipping, then another one to two days. The paper voucher should then usually be with you within 2-3 days after receipt of payment.

The digital vouchers are delivered immediately and automatically after the order has been completed. The prerequisite for this is that the order was made with a payment method that allows us to receive the payment directly .

The voucher comes immediately , for example, if you order with a credit card, PayPal or Klarna . For orders by bank transfer in advance and immediate transfer, the digital voucher will only be sent once the money has been credited to our account.

With these two payment methods, a period of about one working day must be expected before the digital voucher is delivered.

Can I personalize the voucher?

At the moment there is no way to customize the vouchers. So no custom amounts, custom designs or personal messages can be added.

How long is the voucher valid for?

Our gift vouchers are valid for three years, regardless of whether they are sent by post in paper form or by e-mail in digital form. These three years begin at the end of the year in which the voucher was purchased.

Can I send the voucher to another person? 

In any case! The paper gift voucher can simply be sent to a different delivery address.

After receipt, the digital voucher can simply be forwarded as a link or code via e-mail or WhatsApp etc.

Can I redeem the voucher in partial amounts?

Gift vouchers can also be redeemed in partial amounts. For example, you can use a 30 euro voucher to buy a pair of socks for 12 euros first, and then order a T-shirt with the same code during a later purchase.

For the later purchase with the T-shirt, the remaining value of the voucher, in this case 18 euros, will be deducted, and only the difference amount will have to be paid.

Can I get a refund for the voucher if I don't want to redeem it?

Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded. In such a case, it might be a good idea to pass the voucher on to someone else.

Is there a minimum order value to redeem the voucher?

There is no minimum order value for a gift voucher.

Can I use the voucher in conjunction with other offers or discounts?

The combination of several voucher codes is not possible due to the system. For example, a gift voucher cannot be combined with a promotional voucher.
