Organic & Fair

Organic & Fair T-Shirts

Our Cap Sleeve shirts and Raglan Longsleeves are made from 100% organic cotton under fair conditions in Tiruppur, South India, by a GOTS-certified producer.

Organic cotton is a natural and breathable fiber grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Only dyes free of heavy metals are used for coloring. The shirts are printed partly in India and partly in our workshop in Munich, using breathable, water-based inks.

Some products, such as our hoodies and kids' shirts, are sourced from the equally fair and sustainable producers Stanley/Stella and Earth Positiv and are hand-printed in our Munich workshop.

You can find information on who manufactured a specific product under the manufacturer details on each product page.

GOTS

The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is recognized as the world's leading standard for the processing of textiles made from organically produced natural fibers. At a high level, it defines environmental requirements along the entire textile production chain, as well as the social criteria to be observed. Quality assurance takes place through independent certification of the entire textile supply chain. The aim of the GOTS standard is to define requirements that ensure the sustainable production of textiles, starting with the extraction of raw textile fibers, through environmentally friendly and socially responsible production, to the labeling of the end products.
